Yams toppings

I personally like them as they are.....

Otherwise I thin it with a bit of veggie broth or water + hot red pepper flakes, pepper &/or Mrs. Dash......

just had these last night ala sbt! She cubes them, sprays w/cooking spray, sprinkles with cinnamon (could use some splenda too) and bakes them in the oven. You can eat them as a side or use them in a salad.

I like to cook a few in the microwave, peel, mash (can add splenda and/or cin to this also) and divi out portions that way.

I like them as they are, but splenda has a brown sugar substitute that would work well on them.

I'm ghetto with my cooking but I cut 'em into thin slices, throw on a little bit of salt and pepper and throw 'em in the toaster oven to make sweet potato fries.
