If you are trying to loose the fat in your thighs, would it be beneficial to take something like xenedrine?

Xen may help you burn more cals, but it really just requires a better diet.

correct...no such thing as spot reducing...XANEDRINE will help with over-all, but anything with ephedra has a small price tag...the non-ephedra based is crap....the original formula is strong and it works well, just dont stay on for too long....which was hard for me to do...

yep to what spatts and pbr said....no such thing as spot reduction...

as for good fat loss...go with thermorexin....much better product ....lots of diet and cardio with your weight training.....

Is Themorexin much more expensive than xenedrine b/c that stuff at GNC is like $40. Which is why I don't use it very often.

Courtney-find ULTER, on his signature you will find a site for the AF store-click on that...you will find it there...it has a code now-look at the thread-you have to have it....( the Thermorexin has a code) you will have to use to purchase....there is alot of info/feedback on this new product...look at the posts...probably alot easier on your system than the Xanedrine....not as addicting either...

yea..its $59 with the code but worth every penny...the stores will be selling it for $99 or so if i am not mistaken.....
