i used this and an e/c stack and didnt notice ne different, i know next time i wont buy ne, thouse are just my feelings though. i also didnt experience ne jitters, high feeling, etc.

Almost every lift. I keep myself from taking them sometimes. But, I always take them before deads or squats.

Xenadrine is a BRAND name of an ECA stack.
Containing Ephedrine, Caffein and Asprin as well as a few other do-dads to kick you in Da Ass supposedly..
