Ever notice how everytime he takes a break and comes back he seems more defined? Since coming back from Wrestlemania his arms and abs are a lot more defined. He said he learned about dieting and what not during this break....

I don't follow wrestling, but I have noticed (from the couple of times I have seen him on tv recently) that he used to be bigger (more bulk) a couple of years ago. Now he is much leaner and more define. He probably switched the type of gear to less potent non aromatizing stuff. Therefore the leaner physique.

Or he is watching his diet more closely which is probably why his body looks leaner. It is not the type of steroid you use that makes you leaner. It is DIET!!!South of the border said:

Yea most likely diet, but i dont think he has to much knowledge of gear. He allready had get surgery for gyno ( damn his tits were getting huge) and i dont want to hear any crap about him being samoan, look at snuka, and many other in his family, and he is loosing his hair, he has a bad and obvious combover... he should have come on this board and read up first

HHH when he was 19 had some of the worst bitch tits I have ever seen. He used to compete in local shows in New Hampshire as a teenager. Some guys think that he may have even had chest implants early in his career. But one thing is for sure he has been messing around with gear since he was 17--Over the last few years he has brought his body to a new level. Thanks to weider and all his help.

Some weeks ago (I think he was still working on the new movie of his) the Rock was working out regularly at Gold's/Venice. I've got to say he looked absolutely phenomenal.
The camera makes you look chunkier, so he cut up and reduced his size a bit, just like Arnold did when he started doing movies. But I was incredibly impressed by his flawless genetics, perfect skin, and how young he looked. On TV he looks to be in his 30s, but in person he looks about 25.
For such a big guy, he moves really well -- not clumsy or musclebound. More like a panther.
Combover? What are you talking about! How can you have a combover when you have a crewcut?
In person, I've got to say the Rock looks like the model of what most of us are striving for. Very, very impressive.
And he didn't even seem to have any "star" attitude. Just working out calmly along wiuth everyone else.
