I'm looking for help in increasing my lower body definition. My body fat sits at about 15%- diet is fairly clean, and my upper body is really toned. I do squats, lunges, every lower body exercise you can think of, plus regular cardio at about 70% intensity. I just can't seem to get the definition that I want! I'm not looking to add much bulk, just more tone. I know it will take time, but is there anything special I could add to my workouts? Any advice?
