WTF!!! Lost about 70lbs. off my bench in a month.

I injured my shoulder doing a max on the bench a little over a month ago. B4 I got hurt I could rep 225x27. Tonight all I could get was 205x16. That's a hell of of a drop off and I'm wondering if the gear that I got about 3 weeks ago is fake or if that much of a dropoff is normal after a month off. I did pushups while healing, still not totally healed.
 
i feel your pain bro, my max was 360 x 2, i dropped to 275x12, im back to 315->325, it sucks, but u do get it back, lift BIG
 
dude... try 100mg of pure effedrine and a strong cup of coffe 45 minutes pre workout. no joke but you will lift heavier than you can imagine. believe me the next day you'll be as sore as a hooker raped by an elephant.
 
My bench is down 90 pounds and I have no clue why.
I was benching 405 for about 4-5, about 9-10 weeks after my last cycle, then it went to 385, then 365, then 315. I don't have a clue what it could be. I started dieting but I shouldn't be worn out this fast. However, my shoulders are stronger than ever, and are getting stronger each week, which doesn't make sense.
 
I've lost as much as 70% of my gains post cycle but keep 95% of my strength gains .?????????? strange. I guess it differs from ea person
 
It will come back pretty quick over the next 4 weeks. You will hurt yourself again if don't just add a bit every week even if you feel fine or plenty strong....

If you are talking to me, then maybe you didn't read my whole post. My shoulders are getting stronger each week, but my bench is dropping.
I an now on the 3rd week of my next cycle, hopefully chest day this week will be good because I am back on.

But anyways, coming off a cycle, I"m not gonna lose 90lbs on my bench, especially when I didn't lose any size I've gained from the cycle. May have gained a bit more fat, but my weight on the last day of cycle was 250, and 9-10 weeks later, 250, now it's 245, but I've been dieting.
