Re: wtf is Ruby Reds and is it good?

Sounds like a good product if you don't get enough fruits in your daily diet. The guy who makes it, Tony Odonnell, is an author and had an infomercial and radio show a while ago promoting his products so he's obviously looking to make money just like any other supplement distributor. It says it's made entirely from whole foods and has only 30 calories per serving. That would mean each serving would have about a 16th of a rasberry, plum, pear and the rest of the fruits listed. Probably not enough to do much physical benefit. (I'm guessing) Couldn't hurt. I'm always skeptical of these types of live forever type products. It's probably better and cheaper to each a handful of fruits each day and take some extra vitamins as an addition.
