Hello ,
In the mid of the cycle . Last thing i took was boldenone , wrist pain started 2 months ago and I was off workout for about 10days . Went to 3 doctor did 3 different treatments the last treatment reduced the pain so i was happy as hell n went back 2 the gym , n the pain reappear again .. makes me wanna shoot myself now .

X-ray of the wrist was clear .. its a clear case of inflammation ,
The last thing Dr said was if the pain doesn't go completely i need to take n injection at the site , probably a cortisone shot

Would u guys please be kind enough n help me out with any any kind of advice, trick or therapy tht actually works .. its my 1st cycle n i hate not 2 lift heavy 😔..

Try a chiropractor. Have one take a look.

I would advise against cortisone. It's a slippery slope. Have you tried wrist wraps for support?

Try a girlfriend, might help with the strain.

Lol kidding, like I could let that one pass.. wrists are one of those pain in the ass joints, you gotta let that shit heal all the way. Definitely wrist straps and stretches, not only while lifting, you wanna get that blood in there circulating the nutrients. And I'm with saiyan, cortisol just helps mask for the most part, its not actually gonna help in the end

Ahaaa yaa guys thanks for the reply .. even I'm reluctant to go for cortisone, yes i hv been using wrist wraps and I'm even applying ice 2 the wirst .
Have been avoiding biceps totally and wil concentrate more on legs until it heals. Will take n MRI scan if possible.
Hope it heals soon

but.... but.... the girlfriend part really might be helpful

Also, whether you let it heal first, then get back on cycle; or you want to continue lightly while it's hopefully improving, buy a set of rubber nunechucks (spelling is off!), you can buy real wood chucks also now or later if you continue.

My wrists were so bad, especially the right one, they hurt all the time, and I didn't want to use them by getting back into weights (1980"s). I got into martial arts back then with sand in the bucket, etc; but when I started throwing chucks, my wrists not only got stronger, but if I didn't push it, the pain stopped.

Then when I got back into advanced lifting in 1990, I didn't need the chucks anymore, and all the strength buildup with the chucks, allowed me to lift long and hard once I built up my bodybuilding training. Also, buy a 'chucks book with the chucks (Amazon), even tho I never hit my head, when I 1st got chucks I had to see how to throw them, cuz you CAN smack yourself in bad places (nuts, head, knee, elbow)! I only cracked my elbow once or twice. But the buildup in strength and agility with them was great, and my right wrist had been sprained as a kid, and it took that pain and lack of mobility away! Even if you use it as a supplement to weight training, give it a try. I've still got a set, and still throw them at times, especially if my wrist(s) act up again.
