Ah sorry i have been away from a computer for a bit. Yeah i don't think this is overtraining. Not for me anyway. I sometimes am heavily overtrained in season. Resting HR this year was around 80+ at one point durring the season. How can i prepare for this if i don't train this hard. I have been able to keep improving on all of my lifts over the past several weeks so i am ok. I monitor everything i can to make sure i am not overtraining. I acctually feel better training like this than with a typical bodybuilding routine.
 
And yeah i deffinately need some more neck work. And i now have the gripper in my car so i do sets every other day or so when driving.

By the way i am pissed because right after i posted this i trained and pinched a nerve in my neck. I am an ass. It pissed me off so bad becuase i lost my concentration and look turned my head a quater inch when lowering the bar in the behind the neck presses. I feel like suck an ASS for doing it. I think it will fine by my plyos tomorro though. I hope anyway.
 
I think you should incorporate some straight arm pull downs or pullovers. These will mimick what happens when your opponent sprawls and you've got to pull that single or double in from a stright-armed extended posistion.
