Wow.....

This morning was quite the adventure.At 7a.m I started my sprinting program with a buddy of mine and his roommate(he threw up haha). We showed up at the University's track and got to business:

0.5 mile jog warm-up
3 40's
3 60's
3 80's
3 110's
0.25 mile cool down
Every rep was all out.

Sense it was our first day we decided to only go 3 of each but we are bumping it up to 4 on Friday and probably 5 next week.

Hopefully doing this until March 28th along with eating clean and working out like usual, I'll lean out like I want to. I am also going to come off creatine here soon so I'll lose the water I am carrying in my abs.


Anyone care to comment. I know you all the most supportive and knowledgable group on the board! :)

PS: I got a new vein today! Yay haha!!

Thanks now I have a vein that starts at the middle of my chest the goes to a vein that looks like a hand on my shoulder which one of the vein's fingers runs all the way down the front of my bicep and then down my forearm. Cool its like one long vein! I am happy over a vein...wow I am a meat head.

I don't consider myself to be Mr Brawn but I accomplish what I want physically. I also start med school in August! So maybe i can consider myself both haha!

well...the thing is - you are ALWAYS judged by your appearance.....I cant tell you how many times I get the "You do what for a living" comment.....


Its a bit sad really that the most anyone in the this world will see is the dust jacket on the book

Well I bet that you are a lot bigger than me so you probably get it worse than I ever would.

Here is a question for you....when I decide that I have gotten as lean as I want to for the summer months and get ready to gain some weight, can I still eat very clean and just gain some lean muscle? I know I would probably gain it very slowly but I oculd still eat very clean and start gaining again right....just more of it right?

Im not big at all by bbing standards...about 213 or so

no....you cant gain pure lbm.....I think its possibly to gain 60-75% though on a super tweaked diet....if you are starting around 6-7%

So I would be confined to bulking back up and cutting again huh?

I wouldnt call it bulking...more like controlled eating

Thats cool...hey if I give you a sample of what I eat in a day now....will you give me some input?

Meal 1: A bowl of total with 2% milk or 4 egg whites scrambled wth a single serving of grits

Meal 2: Protein shake (24 g protein and 3 carbs 1 from sugar)

Meal 3: Can of tuna with mustard and sometimes a cup of whole wheat pasta

Meal 4: Protein shake...this is post workout

Meal 5: Chicken breat or piece of lean meat

Meal 6: Can of tuna with mustard or protein shake

I also try and get 1 to 1.5 gallons of water a day....

Oh and last time I weighed myself I was 177lbs @ 6'

My comments -- you need some fats & some veggies in that diet. Just for kicks you should put the portions into a calorie counter like fitday.com and see what the results total up to. At least make sure you are eating enough to support all the training you are doing.
 
Honestly I dont think I am eating quite enough but I am afraid if I do eat more I wont be able to lean out further than what I have. What the crazy thing I see is that I am still improving in some of my lifts on this probably too low calorie level.

What is it 177x10 = 1770 cals per day?
 
yep 10-12


all these hot ladies you see are cuttin on the same 10-12
