I saw the trailer when I watched Resident Evil 2. Man, it looks creepy as shit.

thing is, there are documented cases actually like that.

EVP is probably THE leading evidence that modern Paranormal research teams gather towards proving that some sort of afterlife intelligence is occupying a given space.They will usually ask a series of questions in a reported Haunted area,and often times a voice is imprinted upon the tape that no one heard at the time answering back.Creepy,and yet exciting at the same time.

Yes they are actual documentated cases of "White noise" I have heard several upon playback you can make out what is being said,some are more clearer than others but theres no mistake there are voices there,very creepy.
Looks like they are going to several of those documented recordings in the movie.

Its being released in January, which is industry-talk saying that the producers know the film pretty much sucks.

Its a shame, Michael Keaton needs desperately to get back on track.

Well when I saw the trailers... I could certainly tell it was creepy in real life.

However, I think the movie is going to suck overall. I mean, my idea is instead of an evil creature finding it's way back... I would have built the entire movie around the actual documentation and had the peeps in there using it to solve/prevent a murder or something.

I agree with you on that.Hollywood always has to resort to some overdramatic angle,when in fact something like this could be more exciting just following a more factoral base,as some of these real cases are simply mind blowing.I still think it will be different enough to be entertaining though,particularly when one takes into account the amount of formulaic suck-fests we've had to choose from for the past few years.
