Would you rather be 5-10 7-8% 175 lbs or 5-10 200 lbs 13-14%? I weigh about 185 right now, and I know I could lean up to 175 and looked real shredded but I like being bigger. Weigh 200 at 13% and not really be totally anal what you eat, or be a complete anal freak, and not be that strong but shredded for the ladies? I have to say I'm leaning towards 200. Both goals would take alot of hard work, and to tell you the truth i think I could get to 175 @ 8% quicker.
 
Do the 175 and stay there, and slowly bring your weight up, but keep the cardio going to keep down the fat.

Before I graduate my goal is 170 and 7% and 6'0''
right now I'm about 155, 6'0" and about 8-10%

you are as frail as I am bro......damn....
 
Yah...my ideal would be about 170-180 and 7%, that way I can kick some ass and have some meat on me, but still cvan run decent.
 
pick one or the other don't make the mistake I mde for 2 yrs........get some mass forget about bf % (reasonbly) and then cut......u train and keep up the cardio it'll alll come naturally
 
Well being that I have been 6'1 and above 200 since I was 14 years old I have to go with B.
 
Well, I'm decent with muscle and running right now. And, why can't you be a little of both?
 
You arent decent now at 155.....maybe at 5'6 not at 6'0......you can be a little of both...not my point, but dont let being ripped get in the way of your mass attempts!
