My friend has been married for 6 years and is in an open relationship. She now wants to be with girls from time to time, just her not with him. She told her husband that she wants alone time with some women from time to time and he did not like that. He wants to be involved as always. She has been dating women behind his back for about 5 months. I tell her it is not the right thing to do. It is an open relationship which means you "both" have to agree on the terms. I feel like she is cheating on him and should own up to it. She says no because it is with other women not men. Thoughts...

If I was him I would just say"if you get to screw a women once in a while so do I".

Yes this won't work unless both parties know what's going and agree to it.
