Or when you do back finish off with 1 high rep movement to burn out bi's and do the same with tri's. You've already worked them during your chest or back work out. Then go back and have a bi/tri day later in the week.

if you are still trying to figure out how to workout then you should not touch hormones yet.

get on a proper push, pull, leg split.. its easy 3 day split. hammer that for a few years, then worry about messing with hormones. it takes years to build a base. just focusing on one muscle group isn't smart.. you need to work them all and good things will happen.

Big arms come from heavy compound exercises, bench, row, squat, and dead lift.

And.....Diet. 90% of it is diet.

Just wanted to slip that in...
 
that doesn;t sound like the most efficacious game plan, but if that;s what you want to do, go for it.
