would i lose any muscle with 2-3 weeks without training?

would i lose much muscle or strength??
i fucked my back up once again...
if its anything like last time.. its gonna take 2-3 weeks to heal
i probably need a break anyway... been a while :/

depends on kind of muscle fibers.

If you been training with low reps and built some real muscle, they would stay. If you engage in cosmetic surgery, they'll disappear.

Do you mean bodybuilding when you say 'cosmetic surgery'?
 
Muscle atrophy seems to occur after 2 weeks or so.

Shouldn't too severe. After a month it really starts speeding up.

Think of it as deconditioning and you'll be alright.
