Worst leg break in history?

what do you think would cause such a bad break? i could under stand a shin fracture but i just dont get how the break could have been this bad.

I remember a very nice one from about 12 years ago - Stan "The Man" Longinidis vs. Dennis Alexio - Stan went for a low kick, Dennis checked it, and it broke his shin..

I had to laugh, as Dennis ws past his prime and came out wearing a weird Hawaiian skirt - and this was a kick boxing fight!

oh yea, its real bro. i have seen similar breaks before but never this bad. the wrestler Sid Visious or Psyco Sid, whatever he was called at the time, he jumped off the top rope landed on one foot. looked similar. ive also seen a really fat black wrestler do it too. i dont know why he would be jumping of the top rope he probable weighed 500lbs. ill try to find the Sid video, but its not as bad as this one.

You know after watching this again, i think that if he wasnt wearing a boo it would have looked just as bad, exept on Sid the medics would have had to pull the boot off to work on it. ouch

oh damn that was bad, i guess that sound was his leg breaking. ouch. the worst part is when they try to step back on it and just fall over. i bet that takes some serious work to fix.

funny you post this, something very similar happened sparring two nights ago. blocked a thai kick with my shin, and the other guy cracked his (not broken though like the video) he got x-rays, sure enough there were stress fractures in his bone.

all i ended up with was a nasty bruise.
