Workout the RIGHT way !

Hello, my name is David I am a skinny guy around 60 KG and 170cm height
I have been going to the gym around 2 month but I can't see any improvement at all. I have a few Questions about workout and I hope you guys can help me out with them

1. I am looking more to get bigger not to make my muscles appear how many sets and reps should I do ?

2. Can I do push ups and pull ups everyday even if I am working out ?
I really suck at push ups and pull ups and I want to improve it, so how much I can do everyday ? (Even the day I workout)

3. ABS how to exercies the perfect way and get a great result ?
Some say everyday and others say nothing should be done everyday... Your thoughts ?

4. Belly fat, I know that this sound strange from a 60kg guy but I have belly fat only in the lower abs I eat a lot of carbs...
What type of exercies should I use for this ?

I think if you are not making gains it all starts with nutrition. You need to take a look at what your eating each day and determine if that is really what is going to help you achieve your goals?
 
I have a new diet to work on, i just need work ... There is a lot of opinions...
I need a work out to gain muscle not diet i got diet need exercises
 
Diet is most important, as Kubes had stated above. Eat like a Fucking lunatic, lots of meats, vegetables, and some carbs too. Beef and chicken are my favorites.Then you need to lift as heavy weight as you can, with the correct program, consistantly. I gained 20 lbs this way. I was a skinny, lanky FUCK. Get on it!

I'm a ectomorph naturally but shit I can put away food! And eating like that becomes a full job !
 
Me too, it costs loot for dudes like us to get built up. I need like 3,800 calories a day. Shit gets expensive.
