Do you guys think it’s important to be working out around injuries for example I’ve broken my wrist and wanted to at least work my lower body. Do you think it promotes healing to workout versus just resting ?
pro athletes get injuries and miss games right? they are being paid millions, look at Pat Mahomes. you are just a gym rat. you have to rest man. working around injuries is fine, but it still is stressing the body out and will slow recovery. doesn't mean you shouldn't do it but just saying
