A few misconceptions:
nice guys don't always finish last, doormats do, being a gentleman is #1.
not all players are necessarily ill-mannered assholes, as long as both parties are at appropriate levels of maturity the concensus on casual sex can easily be reached
being rude to women is just a fortune play - if a chick finds you attractive and has no sensible concept of self-worth, only then disrespectful behavior will let you score
