From the latest issue of Oxygen:
"This fall DC Comic Books will give Wonder Woman a makeover fit for a superhero. Gone are the red knee high boots, flowing raven locks & star spangled leotard...Wonder Woman debuted in 1942 and has sported a number of different looks int he six decades to follow....In the beginning she was a speedy, super strong righter of wrongs with a rock hard body. In the 70's her body became less muscular and more shapely. Suprisingly, this is the look that garnered the highest popularity ratings."

The new look is to be a cropped pixie cut, glasses & a camouflage bustier.

Um, less muscular? My vote is for Slinky as Wonder Woman! ;)

Moi, too much free time? I've gotta do SOMETHING whilst elliptical-ing.

LOL

Ha, this has been funny. I'm flattered.

Actually them covers of WW (191-197), will be the only ones my physique will be used. Alas, after Adam Hughes (cover artist extraordinaire) had won the Eisner Award (comic book industry's answer to the Oscar) as Best Cover Artist; DC Comics un-ceremoniously pulled him from the title.

He informed me of this in August. And right now is providin' me with the nitty gritty details. BUT, all is not lost. He's now getting ready for the "Rose & Thorn" (another DC title), book. And has shown me some previews. Niiiiiiice stuff, as to be expected from someone of Adam's caliber.

I, myself, have been back at work (art) and have been getting all set up to begin work in clay sculpture. AND workin' on getting my own website to display my work. In progress talks right now. This is besides havin' a nasty flu bug the last two weeks and dealin' with asthma the last month and a half.

AND I'm back in the gym (today first time in two weeks)! Woo hoo!

I've really missed it here. Many of you people (chicks, especially) just rule :D
