Women's workout question

Hey everyone,
I've got a question in regards to my girlfriend. She's been attempting recently to revamp a new workout program. Last summer she lost a great deal of weight, but she didn't necessarily do it for the right reasons. I could get into the whole past history thing, but it's basically summed up like this: Her family is the most overbearing source of negative energy for a young female that I've ever seen. Tell her she's larger than everyone else, she's stupid, etc.etc.etc. If you want to know the whole lowdown, just PM me (honestly I'd probably feel pretty good bitching about it for a minute :D ) After some time now, a knee surgery and knowing she's loved from myself and my family (she also decided to see a counselor to put a finger on the source of the problem) she wants to change her body for herself and not to go back home and look the way she thinks people want her to look. People, might I add, are 6'0 and weight in the 280-285 lb range. Okay, I'm getting off topic. I want to help her with a workout program but she's a very visual person. I wanted to try to locate a site or something that would have samples of the type of workout she'd be interested in and then modify it the way she pleases. Does anyone have any idea where I could go or do any of you have sample workouts that have helped you? I know I could do a search, but I wanted to ask around first, sorry. Incidentally, this girl is not fat by ANY means. She does have some fat though that she'd like to lose in areas like most women. Thighs and tummy. She's got a Trish Stratus build. Anyway, any help would be appreciated and thank you for your time!
