I mentioned in my intro I'm helping a handful of girls I work with get acclaimated in the gym. They are crazy motivated which makes it fun. They are interested in supplements. I know what is and what isn't eefective but was wondering if there were differences in suppliments for women. It's funny but I think just the idea of takin "something" motivates beginners. Thanks in advance ladies!

Just basic suppliments for these girls. They are just so excited about the new hobby they want to run to GNC or somewhere and pick up everything on the shelves.haha. They joke around about it but I don't even think they really know I'm on and definaely don't want to put them on any AAS. Like for example alot of my young wrestlers I tell when thet ask what to take to add creatine and glutamine to there pwo shakes. And maybe something like NoXplode or Black powder pre workout. But I didn't know if ladies were different. I mean they really just want to tone up

Women can for the most part take any supplement a man can take... just in lower quantities. Have them be prepared for a bit of water retention with creatine though.

Have them buy some jack3d... LOL, that will get them excited.

That's what I was thinking that creatine was a bad idea for ladies. Their goals are to look more tone so I was hoping to avoid water retention. They come to my place before and after gym and they see me taking nano vapor before we leave and adding so many different thing after, they just wonder what they should take so I told them I'd find out.

Maybe I'll just direct them torward a ladies fat burner.

I take Con-Crete Creatine by Promera Health everyother one that I tried made me bloat up and feel teriible ( you mix this one with juice so, don't forget to get that). I have tried sooo many supplements most of them say "no trials done on women" or somethign to that effect. As Mel said I usually just start with half of the reccomened doese then increase it as I feel fit. I have been taking Nano Vapar that I got for free at the Arnold Classic this year on leg days and that works pretty well. I also just found some reasearch that says if you take fish oil before cardio it is supposed to increase fat loss, so I have also been doing that.
