Heh, I'm curious, how do you know all of this? Maybe it's an obvious answer and I'm just showing how little I read the BTS forums.:D

seriously; there is a medical condition called miropenis, it is when it is less than 2 inches when erect, we are talking cocktail sausage size here, or the size of a babies finger.
