This wasn't a jump on bikini mom thread.

Honestly, who cares what my preference is, or bikinimom's preference is, or superqt's, or blueta's, or stilleto's , etc, etc. You aren't going to be dating us. It won't be an issue. There are plenty of women who fall on each side of the fence about what they feel is comfortable/appropriate for a first date situation. There wont be any trouble in everyone finding the perfect guy/gal that fits their ideal.

Soooo, can we PLEASE limit the conversation to the cordial debate at hand rather than taking stabs at painful areas of bikinimom's life? Seriously.

I have to say that SOME of the men (funny it is always the same ones) getting all defensive and pissy on this thread is not only understandable, but predictable. I am very surprized though at some of the women's responses to SOME of the other women's opinions. It saddens me to see women at odds with one another over something so silly. Why so defensive? If everyone had the same viewpoints then life would be pretty boring. Opposing points of view are WONDERFUL, but the personal attacks the board can do without.

I haven't said anything that degrades a woman who chooses to put out her money or her choochie. It is HERS to put out. Who am I to judge? Hell, I fucked my husband within 5 hours of having met him in the flesh. And? So?

I EXPECT a man to pay - period. How this is offensive to ANY other man or woman is beyond me. If the man who is PURSUING ME has an issue with this then we dont go out and I dont shed a tear. I just shift the focus of my attention to a man whose thinking is more in alignment with my own.

And for the women who think that by PAYING either what they view as *their share* or even ALL they have alleviated the man's sense of entitlement to play - they are mistaken.

All men WANT some touch eventually otherwise they wouldnt be going out with the lady. To deny this is ridiculous and counterproductive as women want touch too.

Everyone need to relax and take deep breaths.

You want to pay as the woman - you go! WE wont be going on any dates, so why should it matter to me?

As for the rest, we have a handfull of men that take offense when a woman expects a man to pay for a date. Why they would take offense to this is beyond me.

Funny, they put so much effort into so many posts to try and TELL ME about MY LIFE while I could GIVE A SHIT about theirs. Methinks they should get lives of their own and mine would seem so much less interesting... or dare I say, ENVIABLE? I mean damn, I know my garage is intimidating, but come on boys... relax. Maybe if your girlfriends pay ya'll enough then someday you will be able to save up your pennies and be able to live in one that is just as nice.
