Women bb's bodyfat?

Choose from any or all of the following In order of importance IMHO):

Hard work
Good diet
Good genetics
Cardio
Clenbuterol
ECA
Steroids
GH

One of the most important things for women and men on roids when dieting is something to block estrogen.

Diet does not work, you can't fool your body, T3 levels drop after just 24 hours of reducing your calories. Yes you loose weight, but most of it is muscle and water.

Steroids will help maintain muscle mass when coupled with weight training, but do very little to support T3 levels.

Therefore you have two options: 1. do aerobics two to three times per day to keep T3 levels up naturally or 2. take Cytomel (synthetic T3).

Not too many years ago some of the bodybuilding organisations where thinking of using a competitors muscle mass verses their bodyfat levels to determine if they where using steroids or not.

Can't remember all the details, but it was in an article in Flex. It had something to do with the fact that you can't be 230 lb's at 5' 8" or 9" and 3% bodyfat at the same time. It is just impossible to do this naturally, no matter how good your f**king genetics are.

BB in the pic is Laura Binetti from Canada. I shot it at the Jan Tana a few years ago.

The idea of using muscle mass vs body fat for detecting steroid use was proposed by the clinical psychiatrist, Dr., Harrison Pope. After doing a number of skinfold analysis on bodybuilders and comparing the results to bodybuilders of the 50's and 60's, he was convinced that he could tell who was on and who was not in the current crop of bodybuilders.

I believe that he had also suggested that this method or something similar be used to ID bodybuilders on roids in the general public because he felt they represented a "public health risk".

I think it would be easier to simply sniff the urine samples of bodybuilders for the scent of steroids and base use upon that. Probably just as accurate.
