Women and Keto?? Will this diet do anything for chicks? or am i wasting my time?

ok guys...i'm 18 and have been lifting weights and doing cardio and stuff.....and i've been on the keto diet for about a week now....and i just read/heard that chicks aren't really going to benifit from it?? WTF? is this true? Cuz it is hard as hell staying on the diet in the first place...and then if it isn't even doing anything...well that will just phukin' suck!! so c'mon with some info. cuz if it's true i don't want to be wasting all my time/will power trying not to eat carbs. k? thanx in advance for any help guys....mmmm......:freak: :horny:

how many cals are you taking in now? if you cant answer that question....you shouldnt be doing the keto diet to begin with.

its all about calories. if you arent counting them while eating carbs.....cutting the carbs wont help you. carbs dont make you fat...........overeating does, whether its protein, fats or even carbs.

The keto diet will work for females-just stick with 6 days a week of less than 30 grams of carbs and 1 day of unlimited carbs. You may also want to do 3 days a week of cardio to speed up fat loss-you can also use the eca stack to help weight loss. Just multiply your body weight by 10 and eat that # of calories a day

to bignate : my calories are good, i'm following mr.x's little keto guide, ....so i'm not fucking up there.....i just wanted to see if anyone else had had any results being female and all. i read that females hormone levels are way different than males and on the diet males get much better results...so i was just curious. this diet is so hard....but i'm sticking with it...../

Yeah I think guys have it easier w/ cutting, but thats just general, since we have more muscle more test ect.. thats regardless of diet.

The keto diet will work, but you also have to understand that if it is hard after six days, then how are you going to make it through a month? Making smaller changes to your regular diet will probably be easier, and you will be able to stick with it in the long run. I noticed when I tried that diet one time that I felt slimy and slow. I prefer to keep my protein and carbs moderate and fat low. I would way rather have some oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast than a greasy plate of eggs, cheese, and bacon.

Remember if you are not going to be getting ready for a photo shoot, show, or something else, that extreme diets will only work until you can't take it any longer. They can lead to binge eating and the possibility of regaining more weight than you lost. So if your looking to tone up your body over time, then I suggest finding a diet that works for you both mentally and physically. Patience and focus are key...

thanx deisel girl......yeah i know what you mean about me thinking it's hard after only six day and all of that....
but i've lost about 3 pounds this last week so i have a new found sense of willpower and confidence in what i'm doing....

i hate greasy shit too....yuk..and i really despise eggs...but with results like this...shit! i will eat a fucking...tire if it called for it. so i'm good...thanx all of ya fer tha responses....greatly appreciated......umm....

to mr.x....dude! i am already using your manuel! that's where i found all of the good info....
