What are some good steroids for women to use (as safe as possible), yes i know not to use any at all.

I am thinking winstrol, equipoise, anavar. Anything else?
 
First cycle? Then DEFINATELY not Winny. EQ is even too advanced for a novice. Did you read on the Women's Board at all? That is where you will find AAS information relevant to WOMEN. What men take and what women take are VASTLY different. And nobody can recommend ANYTHING until we know her stats, her goals, her diet, and her history. To recommend something withut knowing these things is completely pointless.

CLEAN diet and SMART trainign go a long, long way in reaching her goals - WITHOUT AAS.

I think you should take Daisy's advice and look on the woman's board. Usually Anavar and Primobolan are the mildest AAS and are ideal for women, but like anything it's all dependant on the individual. Look in to a cycle and talk it over with her. Don't blindly start "feeding" her steroids, like some idiots on the forum have done.

def. listen to daisy she knows what is what for women helped me and my girl
alot on planning her cycle.
 
My wife takes 200mgs of EQ the first week and then 100mgs every week thereafter for 6-8 weeks on and 6-8 weeks off and she is fine.
 
It is just a girl at my gym that I was trying to help. I will just tell her to go get online and look it up.

First cycle? Goals? History? .... These things REALLY matter when giving advice. What works well for one person does not mean it is good for another. Every person has different goals, different tolerance, different history. To recommend jumping straight into what dose works well for one female WITHOUT knowing another's goals and history is not a good idea.

For example, I know I can tolerate 20mg of Var ED without bad sides. But I would NEVER EVER EVER tell someone else to take that. Especially if it is a first cycle and I do not know their goals, their diet, their training, or their history. I also do not believe that dose is NEEDED for anyone (myself included).
 
I'm just saying that this is what my wife takes. Not that I'm suggesting it. I mean....take a look at my gallery. She is there. Does she look like a beast?

Nobody ever said anything about EQ (or anything) turning a female into a beast. ....but I'd like to see pictures of a beast-women....hahaha :) It was totally nothing against you. your wife, or what you posted.

I understand what you were doing, I am not implying you did something "wrong". But the issue I have is not knowing sufficient information. Without knowing goals, diet and history - it is impossible to recommend or comment on a cycle. Additionally, when you (or anyone) states "This is what I/myGF/my Wife took...." WITHOUT adding details (such as goals, training, AAS history, diet, even the AAS manufacturer) then the information is not complete or even useful.

Now add in the fact that we don't know the stats and goals of the initial post'er (or whoever he is asking for) .... and we have even less information.

See what I am trying to say? :)
