Ok lets start with some big no no's don't stack anything unless you tried it succesfully on it's own.
Next big no no injectable primo half life is 10 days so if sides happend your left ridding them out with a good posability of a perminate change. Also I hate primo from personal experience it makes your hair sheed. Yes I said sheed cause hair falls out at a rapid rate. This doesn't always happen yeah it is a bad side IMO.
Next big no no 30 mg of winny way too much 5 mg or 10mg is a good starting point for winny even still winny is not a great first cycle choice best first cycle choice is anavar.

Also primo is so often fauxed so unless you have a lab test it as real primo I would ventur to guess about 90% of the time it is actually test and you really don't want that cause the chace of test causing sides is VERY high.

Females do not require PCT there is nothing that helps bring there natural test production back except time off.
well, I weigh 137 lbs and I have been training for 2 years..jst decided to get serious. My fiance is a bodybuilder and i would like to do a show with him in august. i'm 5'5. The primo IS real, that isn't the issue, and we train everyday except sunday's. What's the ideal cardio vs. weight training? Thanks for the responses...I am really anxious to get this started.
Ok well if your really waiting to start the cycle be warned of all the possible sides. As I said hair shedding is common with primo. In my personal experience I would say it was about 25-30% of my hair that feel out. It was 4 weeks into the cycle and my dose was 50mg per week. I stopped the cycle before my 5th injection cause I noticed my voice getting very scratchy. That side didn't clear for another twoish weeks sound like I was smoking a pack of marbro's a day that did clear but never the same really again. Clit was very swallon as well on it.
I really hope your postive on that being real primo and not test also cause if you were taking 200mg of test a week you could be doing a prep for a gender reasigment surgery as that it what doctors perscribe to preop female to male transformations.
As for winny I never ran it above 10mg a day and I have done 10 cycle or so in the last 7ish years 3 of which were for contest preps. Other then oil skin, dry hair and dry joints I don't get to many sides from winny. I do know that it varies big time with females some get major side from change in voice to clit growth, facial hair growth etc.
Cardio really depends some on your metabolism and what kind of diet your doing etc.
ok. so what i gather is definitely drop the primo dosage and winny dosage down. so i'll run 50mgs of primo weekly and 10mgs of winny everyday. i'll monitor the sides you've mentioned as well. unfortunately, i don't have any anavar on hand but will have my fiance try and get his hands on some. if i get the anavar, should i keep the primo and 50mgs, drop the winny, and run about 5-10mgs of anavar?

Just try one at time don't stack on your first cycle you wont know what is causing the issue or problem if you have sides. If I were you and had the choice between those two it would be winny. Primo half life is to long really not a good cycle for a women at all IMO. Winny at 5mg a day is more then enough trust me this is your first cycle you start with to much there is no going back keep the dose low.

I agree 100% with QT. You want to use one compound at a time. It is basic science. You take one and see how you react. Then another time you can take another compound and see how you react. After that on your third time you could take both and make note of the differnces.
If you take both at once you will have no clue which is doing what, if one is real and one is fake or if your body reacts well to one and not the other.
One of the more famous guru's out there also states that you should take the least amount needed to achieve the desired results. Pardon the language but if you fuck up you are stuck with your body for the rest of your life.
