Woman an clenbuterol

I've tried it. Also I was not long enough on clen to really feel all the effects..... however in a few weeks I've noticed the following: severe trembleing... Especially in my hands. I have 120 mg dose that i would cut off into 4. I took little 7 days on, 7 off. I could not sleep, cardio sucked, and overall feeling was not the best. I also felt severe mid-afternoon crushes.... When i stopped taking clen, my overall health improved within few weeks, however, I've gained more weight than i lost. While on clen, appetite is ok.... when off it --> cravings are BAD.... anyway I bought 120 pills, still have about 100 if anyone is interested ;)

Hi....I was looking to get some advice on Clen along with T3. I'm 25 and 130 lbs....i've read several ways to take them, 1) T3 for 8 weeks straight but weaning on and off, along with Clen one week on and one off. 2) both one week on and one week off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

T3 is quite catabolic and generally counterproductive unless you're also using steroids. In other words, it will encourage quite a lot of muscle loss along with the fat loss. Unless you're on gear, don't consider it.

Clen works, but some people are quite sensitive to the CNS side effects it creates. If you can handle a lot of caffeine without feeling jittery or suffering any sleep issues at all, then perhaps Clen is a viable option for you. Titrate your dose carefully though. Start very low and slowly build.

So true ... also if you have a history of anxiety I do not recomnmend touching clen as it will be way worse.

I have taken Clen a lot. I will not touch it now. I actually get better results with green tea twice a day.
The beta two receptors in clen are actually located in the testicles in men. The latest research shows it can screw with your natural testosterone production. That along with heart issues make it too much for me to play around with these days. Besides, just eating clean and working out get me super lean.

I'm totally new to clen. A friend who is a fitness model is using it and suggested we try it together. She has trained for competitions and I trust her advice. I am, unfortunately, not in the industry so do not follow most of the other products out there. But if anyone wants to follow my progress, I'm blogging about it. Maybe a good tool for those who are in my shoes, the non-undustry, or newbies. 'Cause if it ends up working for me, I'm sure it would work for others! :) imachubbybunny,blogspot.com

Does your friend have you taking taurine and potassium? If not I would not listen to her.

As for side effect below is an old list:

NAUSEA
NERVOUSNESS
DIZZINESS
DROWSINESS
DRY MOUTH
FACIAL FLUSHING
HEADACHE
HEARTBURN
INCREASED BLOOD PRESSURE
INCREASED SWEATING
INSOMNIA
LIGHTHEADEDNESS
MUSCLE CRAMPS
TREMORS
VOMITING
CHEST PAIN

Further research has shown it tightens the tissue around the heart. It also causes HPTA problem in men. I'm sure there is more out there too.

I really struggle with this post. It may be a way to promote your blog but it's a dangerous thing to promote clen use being "non industry" or a "newbie". It's just not responsible and if you really are new to the fitness world, you will not see the results with clen, that a strong diet and training program wouldn't get you. You are far better off looking at some of the legal fat burners on the market, such as the ones needtobuildmuscle carries.

Not to mention it enlarges the heart. Chubbybunny, read this before you take it, and then decide if it is worth it. Heart disease is no picnic:

By Mayo Clinic staff
The risk of complications from an enlarged heart depends on the part of the heart that is enlarged and the underlying cause.
Complications of enlarged heart can include:
  • Heart failure. One of most serious types of enlarged heart, an enlarged left ventricle, increases the risk of heart failure. Heart failure occurs when your heart can't pump enough blood to meet your body's needs. Over time, the heart can no longer keep up with the normal demands placed on it. The heart muscle will weaken, and the ventricles stretch (dilate) to the point that the heart can't pump blood efficiently throughout your body.
  • Blood clots. Having an enlarged heart may make you more susceptible to forming small blood clots in the lining of your heart. If clots are pumped out of the heart and enter your circulatory system, they can block the blood flow to vital organs, including your heart and brain causing a heart attack or stroke. If clots develop on the right side of your heart, they may travel to your lungs, a dangerous condition called pulmonary embolism.
  • Heart murmur. For people who have an enlarged heart, two of the heart's four valves — the mitral and tricuspid valves — may not close properly because they become dilated, leading to a backflow of blood. This flow creates sounds called heart murmurs. Heart murmurs are not necessarily harmful, but they should be monitored by your doctor.
  • Cardiac arrest and sudden death. Some forms of enlarged heart can lead to disruptions in your heart's beating rhythm. Some of these heart rhythms are too slow to move your blood, and some are too fast to allow the heart to beat properly. In either case, these abnormal heart rhythms can result in fainting or, in some cases, cardiac arrest or sudden death.
