1 day out from my NQ show
weighed in @ 254 this morning harder and drier than i have ever been. I feel Im about 85-90% of where I should be. Ill hit the stage right @ 250.
Im gonna drop the water and sodium down a little bit throughout today to harden up more and keep carbing up until Im perfectly happy I am where i need to be. Time to claim whats mine tommorow. Pics comin...l8ter

thx guys,u guys show me why i keep comin back to EF.. :beer: well after the show we will have a beer anyways..lol along with a steak, cheesecake, and pretty much whatever i see to eat that wont eat me first..

Cool. I'm not sure if I'm going to go or not. I have a lot of things I need to do tomorrow. I was invited to go by the head judge so if I can make it I will. I can't believe it's been a year since I did that show. Time flies.

I GOT FUCKED AGAIN!!
came in full and hard @ 250 1/4

they gave it to some fat out of shape piece of shit who came in @ 270(shoulda been down @ about 240-245)

I always thought bodybuilding was about have the best OVERALL package of size, symmetry and definition...not just 1 without the other 2. croc of shit..i qualified with my 2nd place so now its on for the junior nationals next year. Im pushin to be 275 at least in my all time best shape...here is one pic...ill get more as my family and friends send em to me

250...holy shit!!! how tall are you? i wanna try to qualify next year, i just did my 2nd show 2 weeks ago n took the overall at a local show...im only 24 now so ill just take a year off before next year's southern states...i love these kind of threads..but back to u brotha...please do post some pics up of your massive physique i bet we'd all love to see..

and yeah bro it should be about conditioning, size, shape, symmetry, tan, posing etc...but politics happens at this level it seems...out in cali im sure politics is really big in the bb'ing community...i bet if u did the amatuer division at shawn ray's pro/am classic youd win the amatuer overall and qualify...but heck u already qualified with 2nd place so thats all that counts bro...BE HAPPY!!! =)
