winstrol is great for drying out when you are lean.

someone who has more than even 10 or 11% body fat would not enjoy those benefits

of course you can bulk or cut with anything, diet conducive but clearly thats not what winstrol is mainly used for and its not exactly ideal for that goal

Why are you choosing winstrol for bulking? Is there a reason or thinking behind this?
As many said above you can cut or bulk on almost anything although it may not be ideal. Certain products are designed to better help you with certain goals.
Winni is not considered a bulking steroid.
Also can you please state you age, stats, and yrs experinece training etc. Thanks
