Thinking of running a 7 to 8 week cycle of win at 60mg a day
Any sujestions?

I wouldn't run it alone. I would use some additional testosterone.

7-8wks is too long for a 17aa and winstrol by itself is crap. You need to do a lot more research brother. And I agree that if your 21yrs old and only 165lbs you are not ready to cycle unless your 5'3'' and 8 percent bf. You should put a lot more time into diet and training and not worry about AAS right now.
