Winstrol Help

Bout to start my first cycle of winstrol(SL). I have been training for 4 years. Age: 19 Height: 5'7" Weight: 175lbs. Body fat: 15%. I think im going to go with the 50mg orals once a day. Just need to know what a good supplement for my liver would be. I have heard bad things on Milk Thistle. Also what would be something good to take for post cycle therapy. Please don't tell me that I am too young I have been training for a while and know what I am doing. I just need liver care and post cycle. Its my first time juicin, want to do it right, You may reply or PM me. Thanks.
 
You don't know what you are doing. 5'7" 175 @ 15% BF. You have a lot of natty growing before you even think about gear.
 
post up your current diet so we can help you there, aas isnt the answer for you yet mate, also, winny alone.. dont expect much.

Honestly, listen to these guys. Winny alone will get you knowhere - injectable winny is more potent but you will need BF less that 10% to notice any difference - you say your at 15%? Plus it will fuck with your hairline!

I had the same idea as you when I was looking for my first cycle - winny only. Gotta say Im glad I was talked out of it.

Its your life so and I guess you will do what you want, but at 175lb you have a lot of natural growth to come - diet is key at your stage.

Anyway, most guys on here would recommed test only as a first cycle if your gonna do it.

Well I wanted to do something not so drastic for my first one. As for test....im about to turn 20 in june I need no more testosterone in my body. How old were u all when u started?

Post your diet and some pics if you can - will give us a better idea. Winstrol only tabs is a big no no - if you insist on doing it you need to diet first and get BF <10%. No pct should be needed for winny only.

What are your goals?

so then u dont need aas. u answered it yourself. u have plenty of natural test floating around. if u cant make gains now u wont get much off aas. u need 2 work on your diet and training.

crap diet & aas = crap results

crap training & aas = crap results

and the combination of the 2....well 4get about it.

I was 24 when I did my first cycle and it was Test/Deca
 
You might of started cycles around 24...but when did u all start training
"intense" and start understanding what works for you? I got a job at a gym when I was 16, there everyday for 3 years...you see a lot and learn a lot each day. I know a few people my age who took them even when we were in highschool and it didn't take away there "natty" growths. It would only improve it.

I started working out hard at 13 for football and I only weighed about 140 lbs then and had a hard time gaining but I kept eating peanut butter/Banana sandwhiches & protein powder and everything else my mom cooked. At 17 I went in the Army and still only weighed 165 lbs but it was all muscle and I really picked it up even more in the gym besides our PT and by the time I was 24 I weighed 190lbs at 6% BF and hadn't grown anymore in 2 years so I figured it was time.

I started training "intensley" at 18 - my natural bodyweight untrained is 11 stone - I maintain a lean & steady 14.5 stone through natty training and diet. My diet has always been on key - you make more gains in the kitchen than the gym. Body building is scientific.

Personally I would never have started AAS at your age as your body is still developing - you can end up ruining your shape and proportions long term.

Im on my second cycle and Im 28. My first was 4 years ago. Post your diet dude, work from there - first things first.

at 19 you dont need AAS yet.
go have your natural TEST and HGH levels tested,
 
please just wait. I started training about 13-14yo to help with wrestling then bjj/mma for a few years after high school. Then didn't start training for bodybuilding or using gear till I was about 22-23. I'll be 28 in a few months.
 
everyone has been giving great advice so far. 19 = too young. I don't care how long you've been training. Sounds like you really need some help on your diet though. How much did you weigh when you started training? You don't even realize how much more natural gains you have in you at 19. 19 is so young bro. It may seem like you've been around a while, but really...nah. I'm almost twice your age, so listen to a wise old man. lol.
