winstrol, clen, t3, test cutting cycle HELP would be much appreciated

Hey guys I'm 6' 225 lbs 9-10 percent bodyfat.

I have a couple of light cycles under my belt. But I have never done a cutting cycle. My diet and training is all in check I just need to verify some things. Thanks for u help!

This is my plan I want to get down to 3-4 percent bodyfat shredded without any water retention to get cut up for summer. Hopefully I can hold 5 percent throughout the summer.

I want the most minimal amount of muscle loss as possible. If any hopefully be able to put on a few lbs instead if I do this right.
My cycle

AAS:
250mg test cyp per week
65mg winstrol ED
Hcg 500 iu 2x per week

Fat burning:
T3 pyramid up to 100 mcg. Then run for 4 weeks
Clen running 6 weeks straight. With 1mg ketofin every night after first week

My brm was tested I burn: 2736 calories resting BMR.

So my total maintenance calories after a workout and daily activity
is: 3778


So my question:

If I cut my calories to 3200 per day would that be to low at 100mcg t3 and 120mcg clen.
Would it cause to much muscle catabolism?
Would it be better if I just ran 50 or 75 mcg of t3 just so I have a revved up thyroid?

My biggest concern is FLAT muscles. And muscle catabalism.

3 to 4 % bf is just dangerous
 
Well I only wanted to keep that for some pictures I'd actually stick around 5-6 percent. Which is reasonable
