Winstrol and dosage

Hello. I definitely need some direction if you don't mind. My boyfriend has been a member for over 6 years, but honestly, I find it a little intimidating and have only joined a month ago. Anyways, just a little background info...

I'm thinking about taking Winstrol (British Dragon). Actually I have 50mg tabs, and have taken 25mgs (half a tab a day) the past 2 days. This is not my first cycle. I have just come off of a 100 mg primobolan for 8 wks (and have been of for about 3 weeks). But unfortunately, I didn't receive the results I wanted to achieve. (weigh, build, cut, lean)

Originally, I am 5'4" and weigh 118lbs. After the 8 wks cycle of primo, I went from 118 lbs to 131 lbs, then plateau at 126 lbs. I haven't tested my body fat count, but I am fairly lean, yet hold a lot of weight around my stomach and inner thighs (current, I've been busting my ass with cardio)... I've been off for about 3 weeks and my diet varies (being the holidays).... do I need to be more specific? Let me know.

... As for my training, I train regularly, about 5 times a week, with about 25 mins of cardio afterwards (arms, chest, shoulders, back, legs). I fill silly about being so specific, but I don't want to leave a question in mind. I train very intense, seeing as though I'd rather train harder than longer. Am I correct?

As for goals... Ultimately? I would like to have a lean stomach... although I find self gratification in seeing the results I have achieved thus far.
 
opps! I forgot to tell you guys that I just recently (2 weeks ago) started taking T3. 25 mcg/2x day. What do you know about this? As for me, I think it's made my muscles softer, so I'm not sure if I should continue.
 
wow - well no i don't particularly recommend using winstrol for anything. It depends on how you react to it, but lots of girls dont' get a good experience with it - a common experience is after about 1.5 weeks (when it starts to kick in) you start noticing a raspy voice and sometimes I've seen people start to feel like they got a cold off of it for a week or two. Its just a harsh and sometimes unpredictable drug.

I'm not real clear what you expected from the primo. 100 mg primo for eight weeks isn't a wimpy cycle. The results are going to be very dependent on what your diet & training looked like. Seriously, you can pop or shoot whatever you want, but these are all going to be only SUPPLEMENTS to an already optimized diet & training.

My first question regarding your results from the primo is was it real primo? If it is and that's not an issue, then what does your diet & trainign look like that didn't allow you to get the results you wanted? And also what specifically did you expect from the cycle? For ex, getting your 6-pack to explode out is going to be heavily dependent on your diet and not your cycle.

Also when you mention feeling silly about being specific about what your diet & training are, you should take a look at any of the ladies' journals here - that's what we consider specific. Because diet is usually the first place to look for optimization for whatever your goals are or to consider some sources of not reaching your goals, can you post a sample of your daily meal plan - very specifically about portions, times, etc. of each thing you ate. We recommend that you put your meal plan into a food counts program like www.fitday.com to get a reality check on what you are really eating -- the total cals, macronutrient break down (% protein, fat, carb) of your diet.

That will help us take a look at ways you can optimize because this will generally get you better, more reliable results than another cycle. I also probably wouldn't recommend diving right into another cycle -- primo & winstrol can be pretty rough on your skin, hair & voice.

Also I don't like the use of t3 unless you are experienced and looking at competition. T3 pretty much eats everything - muscle & fat. Also jumping straight in at 50 mg ED. Eek. Particularly because I have suspicions about your diet, I would say don't throw more chemicals in until you've looked at the diet & training. More drugs just introduces more variables & sides that you aren't really sure what they are due to.
 
Please don't take this the wrong way, I am not trying to attack you personally. But your post scares the SHIT out of me.

25mg of Winny tabs every day is a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY high dose for a female. Females usually run Winny (if they are daring enough to actually DO Winny) about 5mg-10mg a day. Are you kidding at running Winny at 175mg per week? That is a HUGE invitation for some serious sides. This might be the worst idea ever - and it sounds as if your boyfriend "planned" this cycle for you - and you did little research into Winny, it's doses, and how women fare on it.

You DO realize that Winny is NOT a cutting drug for women 99% of the time? It has about the OPPOSITE effect in women that it does in men. In MEN, it tends to dry them out and help them cut. It is often used pre-contest. In WOMEN, it adds weight - helps them bulk. One woman who used to post here gained over 20 POUNDS on Winny - a lot of muscle, but quite a bit of fat too. It is better for bulking cycles than cutting/leaning out.

Not to mention that the sides in Winny and women are hit or miss .... more often HIT. Winny is KNOWN for sides in women. They often sneak up on you quickly and are irreversible. AT the doses you are running, I can almost guarantee you will get sides - it is a matter of when and how bad - not a matter of IF you will get them.

Also, 3 weeks off between cycles? You aren't a fan of your liver are you? Or of healthy cholesterol and hormone levels? Time on should equal time off ...... to let hormone levels stabilize and your body return to some state of normalcy before throwing it off again.


NOT achieving the results you want is a DIET and TRAINING isssue - certainly not a drug issue. Post up your SPECIFIC diet and training ... and PLEASE take a break from the drugs for now until you get diet and training TIGHT and under control.
 
I appreciate the advice. That was my question too, was the primo real, or not? But to answer you question, I was expecting a lot more muscle gain (118 lbs to 126 lbs, only 8 lbs?) and not necessarily getting a "6 pack" as you put it (I feel dumb). From my understanding, and research, primo was going to give me good/strong results, with minimal/to no side effects. I guess I was expecting mass weight gain. I know that my diet hasn't been particularly clean, (and I would be ashamed to even try to post the past couple of holiday meals) Maybe that's something I need to work on, seeing as though, I find it difficult to break down to % protein, fat, and carbs. I am starting to see the importance of all of this...

DIET is what makes or breaks results - 100% of the time. If you did not acheive the results you want - look to diet first, then training, THEN supplementation.

NOTHING will "give" you good results. You earn them through clean dieting and smart training.
 
Its really hard to know exactly what to expect with anything you do towards your physique because there are so many variables and just understanding how your body will react to things is a challenge in itself. Especially with women, everyone is so individual.

The one thing you can bank on is that no pill or injection is going to make you look like a pro fitness or BB competitior in 8 weeks. Its still all about diet & training.

On the t3 get a pill splitter (if its a pill you are taking) and start taperign down your dose until you are off that stuff. Don't even bother w/ the winny. Let's get back to basics and take a look at your diet. Right now is probably not the best time to put a daily menu into a food counts program like fitday.com. Instead look at what you were eating before the holidays started and consider that as your "normal" diet.

Set up an account at fitday.com and look at that a bit, put in your diet.

I see what you guys are talking about when you talk about specific diet. Although I can't say that mine is comparable to a few that I've reviewed. I do eat 5 to 6 times daily, it is high protein/ low carbs, albeit that I find my weakness is 6pm to 8pm. I crave food (and that's when I find T3 most helpful) is this all in my mind?

By the way Daisy Girl, I don't feel like you are attacking me, I do find it intimidating having someone critic me, but doesn't everyone? I appreciate all the imput!!!

I would not use T3 to cut my cravings shit I wouldn't even mess with it period. If you looking for an appetite supresant look no futher then the AF stores pure syphrion. You really need to get your diet on track before supplmenting with any AAS or illegals. Keep reading here tons of great diet advice and ideas.
