I am looking to add a few lbs of muscle and get cut up. I am having a hard time deciding what to use. im am 5'10 180 12% my roomate is doing winny+eq. He would be using winny for weeks 1-10 and winny for weeks 7-10. would this be an effective cycle due to the fact that he would be doing eq by itself for weeks 1-7? Any suggestions?
