If i add an aspirin along with this pill will it be an eca and can i take an aspirin twice a day.....Im not hip on the ECA stacks and boards too slow to search.....Thanks Fellaz

That's no good. ECA stack 200 mg Caf. 20mg Eph. and 300mg Asp.

The supplement company there sub in Willow bark for (asprin), Kola nut for Caf. (only 10mg) and Mau Haung(spelling).

Do yourself a favor and save some cash. Buy generic Vivarin (200mg Caf.) and Asprin 300mg at Wal Mart. Ephadrine at conveinece store.
