Can anyone tell me if Clen for women works for weightloss better than Lipodrene??? I'm a little fearful of taking it, but have put on 50 lbs over the last 1/2 year (just weighed myself and woke up to the gravitry of my situation) and would like the most effective fat-burner our there! I bought Spiro Clen and was going to Combine it with T4, but wasn't sure if women had the same success on it as men.
Many Thanks!!!!!!!!
DesertFlower, fat loss (which I assume is what you want, not 'weight loss') is simple, but not easy. Your body is now composed in the way that is the most healthy for it, given the inputs it has had for the last XXX years. To expect a rapid, 'take a pill' change is to deny the wisdom of your own body and set yourself up for health problems even more than the current "OMG, I weigh too much" will.
Simple - change the inputs (see the stickies at the top of the board or pick up a copy of Body for Life by Bill Phillips - the ONLY nutrition/exercise book for permanent lifestyle change, IMO).
Easy? NO, NO, NO! (Well, not unless you find lifestyle change easy.) HOWEVER, lifestyle change is the only way you will get what you want - permanent fat loss, bonus energy and better health. The body is wise - too wise for 'quick fix' drugs or 'miracle cures' to work for long. All they'll do is separate you from your money and, quite possibly, from your health.
I think I can speak for all the great ladies on here - we'd be happy to support you in your quest for a great physique. However, without a 100% tight nutrition and activity program (thanks Sassy & Scorpio - I'm cribbing!), the drugs won't give any lasting effects, since they are really only valuable for the 'last 3%' of any result program. You need the other 97% first!
Good fortune in your quest - keep asking questions!
