Will Deca Help My Herniated Disc HELP

Has anyone ever herniated disc im screwed up bad in l5 s1 i think due to deadlifts im in constant pain will deca help. I was a dedicated lifter but injured myself las febuary during dead lift. I dealt with the pain and have been going to physical therapy which is a joke.


Im in pain all the time!!!

I had a herniated disc for a year, in pain for ONE FUCKING YEAR. i know people may have thought i was a pussy, but seriously, I was in extreme pain. in any case, you need to reduce the swelling in that disk. can be done a few ways. 1. stop aggrevating it with exercises that "hurt". 2. try a steroidal epidural injectied into the disc area. I did this twice and no go. 3. and here's a therapy that my doc put me on that actually worked, but it's temporary. I was taking 800mg of motrin/advil every 8 hours for 2 weeks. the idea is to reduce the swelling, but keep it reduced for a period of time so the body may heal itself. my pain went away for the most part, but when i stopped the advil, it came back. finally had surgery. nothing but good things to say about that operation, it gave me my life back. I feel for you bro. try to keep your head straight and not let it get to you. good luck, hit me up if you have any other questions.

deca does have anti inflammatory properties, along with depositing water in the joints. however..i would think the relief would be only temporary, and is definitely not the resort to your herniated disk.. because ur doing physical therepy i take it you already went to the doctor? I have heard of the disk surgery but it risks paralysis

go see a chiropractor. they should be able to alleviate some of your pain.

Hey bro.
Ther are some guys that specialize in pain management. Sometimes they can go in with a needle and shrink part of the disk thats displaced.
What part of the country are you in?
I'll see if I can shoot you a name. Deca is going to be a bad bandaid I think. Your disk could become more heniated (displaced) .
Then you might be looking at surgery.
This procedure in called IDET. PLUS, you go home same day in most cases.

i had one for a couple months. Went to a couple chiropratctors and eventually got it settled.. Haven't had a problem since. I ran a deca cycle but never w/ a herniated disc, I couldn't even lift when it was herniated

deca is going to be your new found love. i also had surgery on my back. l-1, l-2 . when i was on deca, i didnt need pain killers. i cut down the oxycontin from 40mg a day , to 10 mg. 1 pill a day. the deca was like magic for my back pain. .....man that shit works for back pain.

chiropractors are kooks there just glorified massage therapist, my cousin went to school for 10 years to be a chiropractor, and now has went back to school for a new specialty. My pops saw a chriprator for his herniated disc and it made him worse, now he's getting cortizone and getting ready for surgery. good luck
