Will Deca Help My Herniated Disc

Is the disc herniated or ruptured? Does not really matter, but herniated and it will heal over time,
Ruptured, probably need surgery
Deca will not help either way,

Only time will help.


Chiropractor will not help in either case, it simply takes time

Chicropractor worked for me. I had bulging discs in L4-L5 and L5-S1, along with a tear in L5-S1. The orthopedic people wanted to operate. I went to a Chiropractor 20 times or so and stopped the squats and stuff for 5 months. I am slowly starting leg presses again with ligher weights.
