Will Animal Pack increase protein synthesis?

Personally, I like Animal pak. I get tired of taking the "horse" pills that are there, but it's not so bad. They are in convenient little packs, good for if you travel.
I do agree that you could probably save money if u bought bulk separately. I'm just too lazy to do that though. I guess what I am saying is that I would recommend them to anyone, unless they have a phobia about swallowing pills.
