Hello everyone. I'm excited to be on this site, and hopefully exchange useful information with everyone on here. Those pictures were taken by my husband last night...here is where im at w/ dieting and work outs:
I'm 5' 5 134lbs. not exactly sure bf%. My workout consists of 5 day weight training, (sat-sun off.) I do cardio 30min in the morning on empty stomach 3 times a week, and 30 mintues of cardio after every workout except leg days.
Here is an example of my meals:
5am - coffee / 30 min cardio
6am - 4 egg whites/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ added fresh blueberries/ multi liquid-vites
9 am - protein shake w/ a red apple or 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ pineapple
12pm - 1 can of tuna or chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup brown rice and cup of broccoli or green beans
3pm - apple or fruit
4:30pm - workout
6pm - PWO Protein shake
8:30pm - baked fish fillet w/ cup of veggies
..1 table spoon of flax oil
