I've actually heard .. damnit... pullovers? for the chest? Laying with your back on the bench, where your body forms a T with the bench, the weight goes out over your head and then up (with your arms extended the whole time) to your chest...
I've read this exercise can help expand the ribcage or something, and henceforth, expand the chest... I read this back when I first started training, so I don't know if this is true enough.
