I see your point. At some point in med school they had to decide on a specialty. "Okay class, who wants to be the type of doctor who gets to look at pussies all day?"

Imagine some of these guys when they get home:

- Honey, how was work today?
- Nothing much. Had my fingers in Britney Spears's furry hoop for 15 minutes.

heart surgeon might be called in at any time. i dont see a gyny being called in at all hours.
