Interesting theory and sort of makes sense. Nevertheless, I would not risk letting this dirt bag hurt another child. The problem I have with these types of articles is that we don't hear the judge's reason for doing this. Maybe there is a solid reason for the judge to let him out. Maybe he felt the evidence against the guy was very weak. I'm just speculating. I can't be too outraged without knowing the judge's reason for this decision.

The evidence couldn't have been too weak as the guy was convicted. That's all that should matter.

Ya'll have no idea how hard it is for me to live day to day knowing this has been going on for AT LEAST 2 years and there is not a fucking thing that I can do to hasten the bullshit process we all have to go through.
