i am a powerlifter/ bodybuilder just like what you guys were talking about......... i train westside in the winter and bodybuilder during the summer.
the results are fantastic........ its the powerlifting that gives me an edge over my bodybuilding counterparts........
b fold.
with your bodyfat and size........ 6 months of doing hypertrophy for those enormously powerful muscles you have would make you explode......... a powerlifter would be strong if his switched to bb but it would take time to get acustomed to doing rep after rep.
you however training strong man are already use to it...... i mean..... if you have to deadlift 500 lbs for reps in this upcoming meet of yours think about........ you will probably crank out 10-15...... pro bb couldnt do that.
you my friend would have to change your name here on elite...... it would should be bfold..... aka ...... Freakenstien!!!1
