Why PCT helps in maintaining muscles

I don't understand how PCT helps maintain muscles at all, when you stop taking steroids, your test level will get back to normal that's something around 7mg a day or 49mg a week. So you have lost
approximately 400-600mg from your cycle.

Now what does PCT do, it helps recover your testosterone from shutting down and get back to normal which is something like 49 mg a week.

When you get back to normal, how do you maintain your all hard earned muscles if you are not on 500-600 mg of testosterone a week and you have like 7 mg of testosterone a day????

Wouldn't all your muscles sudden disappear? Some people say PCT helps maintain your muscles but I think it's kinda contradiction.

You need to keep working them and feeding them as if you we're still on cycle. Once you start eating and training less is when you will lose your gains. You almost need to "trick" your body into thinking it needs to adapt by keeping muscle.

I know that you have to keep training hard and eating very strict even if you come off your cycle in order to maintain your muscles, but how does PCT help you in maintaining your muscles if it's only raise a minimum amount of testosterone compared to using synthesis hormones??? I don't see significant role of PCT in maintaining your muscles since you are going to lose your hard earned muscles from coming off cycle regardless of natural testosterone you have.

you are making things way harder than they are.

1. in pct you allow your organs to recover and bloodwork to normalize
2. if you don't pct you will crash hard and lose motivation to even workout.

how much strength and size you lose totally depends on what you use on cycle. tren for example you will put on strength and size fast and then in pct you will lose it fast. its a boomerang effect. but run something like primo or EQ and its more likely you keep the gains.

a lot of times guys confuse water filled muscles as real gains, they are not. once you stop taking steroids your muscles flatten back up as the water gets shed. you actually can sharpen up your look but obviously your muscle size will shrink and your strength will go down.

so you definitely need pct

also I will add high testosterone levels don't dictate how much size and strength you put on. if that were true those 70 year olds on TRT who have 600 test levels would be pushing 300 pounds in the gym. they aren't!

If you don't go through pct your body will drop below normal t levels and raise estrogen. It's going to kill you mentally, like Steve said... You will not want to workout or even have the energy to. Your going to feel like a weak bitch basically, to the point where you might even feel depressed. When I started my first cycle I was a stupid kid that didn't know anything about pct... After coming off with no pct I was so depressed I seriously did not want to live anymore. Be careful bro

Without proper PCT you delay the recovery of your natural testosterone creation and could potentially even have the risk of never completely returning to your pre-cycle levels
