That model is Jodi Kidd. She has gained a little weight since that picture was taken but I guess it's relative. She had a magazine ad with Chanel where she looked what seemed like ..even skinnier than this photo. Just plain nasty. Amazing that any culture would buy into that but it happens.

In SPain they have a channel 1. It's used by the public broadcasting network: TVE 1.
