why is taking vitamin b6 recommended when taking steriods?

All of your B vitamins (1,2,3,5,6,7,9, & 12) are water soluble, therefore a split regiment should be implied when taking these vitamins.

im taking test e 750mg wk and eq 600mg wk. b-6 still recommended with these or just tren?
