why i cant do keto

because it makes me starve to death at night, people always talk about you can eat alot but not me, i can eat a whole thing of cottege cheese and then be even hungrier when im done.
taking fat burners make me gain weight because they were off and when they do im ready to munch away.
I dont do cardio because 9 of 10 posts say cardio sucks unless your dieting so whats the deal.
Anyone here ever ate the same but just added cardio and changed their lifting. :(
Also i tried to eat a piece of steak and couldnt get it down, no bread, tators, ketchup .
 
It sounds like you need to get used to the lifestyle!! A lot of the problems you mention involve mind over matter. You shouldn't be starving on a ketonic diet assuming you're eating the proper amount of calories. Most people find that being in ketosis actually kills hunger.

Cardio is a good idea - regardless of whether you are cutting or not. Obviously, you'll want to curtail excessive cardio on a bulk - but some low intensity work two or three times a week isn't going to hurt gains. And it will definitely help your heart!!

Sometimes the dieting can be boring - but you have to ask yourself what's more important to you - all of those foods you sometimes have to cut back on - or the results you're seeking in the gym.

Just start slowly cutting back - instead of two pieces of bread - just eat one, etc., Make gradual changes and give yourself some time to get used to this new way of eating.

if you're eating cottage cheese when in Ketosis, you're being kicked out of ketosis every time

look into 5HTP as a product that might help you w/ the cravings

I don't see why cardio "sucks", it's good for your health; of course, it's not required, but I would recommend it at least 2-3 times a week - low intensity

Anyone here ever ate the same but just added cardio and changed their lifting. a lot of people have, it's just the way you go about it is different for everyone

The first time I tried CKD, I did it for a week. I got cravings at around 10 pm and "cheated" every night. I knew I wasn't going to make it because of the milk and cereal, the leftover potatoes and gravy, and all of the easy carb quick fixes.

Here's what I did. Eat all those carb foods up. Everytime you go to the grocery store from now on, just buy foods for your ckd diet. Ohh, and DO CARDIO! Just because you're at 3% BF and 180 lbs of pure muscle doesn't mean your heart is healthy. Are you doing this for your health? Well then I would recommend cardio. Once you get all those easy quick fix foods out of your house and mind. Then CKD can work for you. You have to be ready for the change. It's hard, i'm on week 2. Lost about 5 lbs so far. For once, I dont feel guilty about eating too much fat. It's good for you if you don't eat carbs! I'm a meat lover, so this diet is really working out for me :D

i have been ckd since august and have only eperienced this once and i had salad

cardio means heart healthy
and you are working out your heart
if you are not interested then don't do it

but if i was your hear t , i'd kick your azzzzzzzzz

love steak grilled alittle tobasco and olive oil and i am fine
